The atmosphere within which SACU seeks to promote understanding of China has deteriorated considerably in the last two or three years. How do we find our bearings during such uncertain and unpredictable times?   In SACU we know we have much to learn from China, and the Chinese approach of learning from history in order to understand the present and shape the future.
